The boiler adopts an environmentally friendly combustion method - full premixed combustion, and the gas and air are precisely adjusted and premixed in advance to ensure more complete combustion.
The boiler adopts a double-drum longitudinal "D" type arrangement structure; water, steam or steam-water mixture flows in the pipe; flame burns and flue gas flows outside the pipe, forming extremely fast steam-water.

16/4/2015 · Flue Gas Analysis, what exactly is it? A flue gas analyser measures and displays the products of combustion from gas appliances. Additionally, they can measure the ambient air quality in rooms or buildings. As domestic service engineers responsible for installation, management and maintenance of gas appliances we always use a flue gas analyser
Flue gas system. The flue gas system starts where the boiler ends and has the task of removing the flue gases produced during combustion safely to the atmosphere. This includes the exhaust pipes inside and outside the boiler room, the chimney and additional built-in components such as expansion joints, silencers or flue gas dampers.

The combustion efficiency increases with increased excess air - until the heat loss in the excess air is larger than the heat provided by more efficient combustion. Typical excess air to achieve the highest possible efficiency for some common fuels: 5 - 10% for natural gas. 5 - 20% for fuel oil.
Apparatus for Flue Gas Analysis —The Orsat apparatus, illustrated in Fig. 22, is generally used for analyzing flue gases. The burette A is graduated in cubic centimeters up to 100, and is surrounded by a water jacket to prevent any change in temperature from affecting the density of the gas being analyzed.
Flue Gas Analysis is performed by inserting a probe into the flue of the furnace, boiler, etc., between the last heat exchanger and draft diverter or any source of make-up air that could enter the flue that did not pass through the combustion process.
